Compliance Manager

Sayer Forbes is the Compliance Manager for the Rosemary Beach POA, where he has been apart of our staff since 2021. He began his tenure with Beach Service before transitioning into his current role, where he works with homeowners and contractors to uphold the community’s architectural standards and ensure compliance with property and construction guidelines.
Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Sayer moved to the area in 2008. He is a former United States Marine Corps Infantryman and Afghanistan veteran, having deployed to Helmand Province in 2011. Following his military service, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology as well as a Master’s and Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Mental Health Counseling from Florida State University. Prior to joining the POA, he worked as a mental health counselor for a non-profit organization.
In his spare time, Sayer enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, surfing when the waves are up, and golfing.
