Douglas Bock serves as Co-Town Architect for Rosemary Beach, bringing more than three decades of architectural experience and a passion for thoughtful design. Originally from Ames, Iowa, and later shaped by life in New Orleans, Douglas earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture from Tulane University. He is a licensed architect in Florida and Louisiana, holds an NCARB Certificate, and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Before joining the Rosemary Beach Property Owners Association in July 2026, he spent 28 years as a partner at Domin Bock Architects, LLC, specializing in custom residential architecture. Earlier in his career, he worked on a wide variety of projects, including restaurants, casinos, hockey rinks, and theme park attractions, even designing the original Dueling Dragons ride carriages at Universal Studios. Doug and his wife, Denise LeBlanc-Bock, live in Blue Mountain Beach with their two cats and enjoy the quieter side of 30A. He is also the proud father of two children, one of whom recently began a career as an engineer, with the other not far behind. In his free time, he enjoys reading, cycling, and, perhaps most of all, a good cup of coffee.
