Lee Nettles, a native of Jackson, MS, has served as the Town Manager for Rosemary Beach since October 2022. Prior to working in Rosemary Beach, he managed the Seacrest Beach HOA from 2012 to 2022. He previously worked in commercial real estate managing office, retail, and industrial properties. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Mississippi College in 2001and an MBA from Millsaps College in 2005. He has also earned industry certifications as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).
