Roxanne Sparacello serves as the Security Director, a role she has held since April 2016. A native of New Orleans, LA, she brings over 25 years of extensive law enforcement experience to her position, including two decades with the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office where she retired as Assistant Commander/Lieutenant of the community division. Her diverse career encompassed patrol, street crimes, task force, SWAT negotiation, and community policing. Roxanne’s qualifications include certifications as an IPMBA, SWAT Negotiator, Crisis Management specialist, Community Association Manager (CAM), and Certified Protection Professional (CPP). Outside of her professional life, she enjoys watching New Orleans Saints football games, savoring good food, spending time with her family, and traveling. She is married and has two beloved four-legged companions.
