Sierra McDaniel serves as the Office Manager for the Rosemary Beach POA, where she oversees day-to-day operations and supports a wide range of administrative functions. She began her journey with Rosemary Beach in 2020 as a Security Officer and transitioned into an Administrative Assistant role in 2023. With strong encouragement and support from POA leadership, she advanced her professional credentials—earning her Notary License, becoming a Community Association Manager (CAM), completing the Professional Administrative Certificate of Excellence (PACE), and completing the Passport to Leadership Program—before stepping into her current leadership position. Florida born and raised, Mrs. McDaniel loves exploring all of Florida’s hidden secrets deep in wooded areas.
